A completely Asian inspired dressing that's great for many dishes.  I've made this ginger soy dressing for salads, marinating grilled asparagus and roasted red peppers for a cold salad, marinating pork chops, steak, shrimp, cod, and halibut.  It just seems to go with most anything.

You can use fresh ginger as opposed to minced already prepared in a glass bottle.

Start adding all of the ingredients to a 2 cup measuring cup.

Ginger Soy Dressing and Marinade Recipe

Dressing for salads, marinating cold vegetables, steak, chicken, pork, cod, shrimp, halibut, or any other seafood.
Recipe type: Dressing and Marinade

Serves: 2 cups
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 5 drops liquid Stevia (Sweet Leaf is the best)
  1. Add all ingredients into a 2 cup measuring cup to measure out each liquid.
  2. Pour into a mason jar or glass bottle and shake until mixed.
  3. Let the dressing/marinade sit for at least an hour before use to enhance all of the flavors.
