A completely Asian inspired dressing that's great for many dishes. I've made this ginger soy dressing for salads, marinating grilled asparagus and roasted red peppers for a cold salad, marinating pork chops, steak, shrimp, cod, and halibut. It just seems to go with most anything.
You can use fresh ginger as opposed to minced already prepared in a glass bottle.
Start adding all of the ingredients to a 2 cup measuring cup.
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 5 drops liquid Stevia (Sweet Leaf is the best)
- Add all ingredients into a 2 cup measuring cup to measure out each liquid.
- Pour into a mason jar or glass bottle and shake until mixed.
- Let the dressing/marinade sit for at least an hour before use to enhance all of the flavors.
