I started a 90 day challenge of eating raw food and green smoothies – which are completely raw – to see the effects of what a super clean method of eating could to my body.  My initial goal was to hopefully reverse food sensitivity issues that gave me eczema, dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, pimples, inflammation, and possibly contributing to me being overweight.  Secondly, I wanted to lose weight while getting healthy.
