This week wasn't any better. It just goes to show just how hard it is to kick the cravings that unhealthy cooked foods can have your body. It's like being addicted to a drug; you crave more of the unhealthy foods, you eat them, and then you feel horrible afterwards. Physically my body hates the foods I hate, mentally I get upset at why I allow this to happen rather than making a healthy choice to eat foods that I know are good for me and that by body will appreciate. It's a rather difficult cycle of abuse that must be kicked!

Though I don't like this feeling, I'm glad I went through it. It has shown me even more how much better I feel when eating raw food and how I actually feel better than I ever have in my life when I eat raw food. Why would I want to stop??

Weigh-in again this week went up rather than down.

Starting weight:  227 lbs and 47% body fat
Week 1 – Lost 10 lbs and 2% body fat
Week 2 – Lost 1 lb and 1 % body fat
Week 3- Lost 4 lbs and 0% body fat
Week 4 – No data while traveling and without a scale
Week 5 – No data while traveling and without a scale
Week 6 – Lost 4 lbs and 1% body fat
Week 7 – Gained 5 lbs and 1% body fat
Week 8 – Gained 4 lbs and 1% body fat
Current weight:  217 and 45% body fat
Total Weight Loss:  10 lbs and 2% body fat
