I had a tearful moment this last week.  It was tears of joy. I desperately needed clothes and I own one shorts, one capri pants (that are falling off of my hips…speaking of hips I can see my hip bone now when I lay down…lol) and needed just a few shorts for the summer.

So at the store today I tried on a size 12 for grins and it fit…all of the size 12s fit!!! I was shocked and couldn't believe it. Me in a size 12. It's the lowest size I've been in since high school. I teared up and smiled. I'm really winning at this weight loss journey so much so that I even shock myself.

I fought the urge to buy too many of these pants because I'll be in a size 10 before you know it!!

Weight Loss Scale32I look in the mirror sometimes and don't even recognize myself – I have to do a double take look and see if it's really me.

My fat mass weighed 136 lbs when I first started and now it weights 78.4 lbs!  Incredible!

Here's another “check this out” – inches lost:

Arm – 4.5 in EACH arm!

Chest – 8.75 inches

Waist – 10.5 inches

Stomach – 11.5 inches

Hips – 12.5 inches

Thigh – 8.75 inches in EACH thigh!!!  Wha??  Crazy!

Calves – 3.75 inches in EACH calf

Goals:

Main goal to get to 124 lbs.  My cycle chick has MADE it past the half way mark!!!!!!!!  Woo Hoo!

Week 32 Weight Loss Weigh-In Results on Ideal Protein Diet

  • Weight Loss for the week:  -1.8 lbs
  • Inches Lost for the week:  -2.25 inches
  • Total Weight Loss in 32 weeks:  -78.4 lbs
  • Total Inches Lost in 32 weeks:  -78.75 inches

More interesting weight loss weigh-in stats:

  • Dropped from 52.9% body fat to 49.4%
  • Fat mass dropped from 136 lbs of fat to 70.4 lbs of fat!  INCREDIBLE!!!!
  • My metabolic age is still 56 (I'm only 41 as of today) which is what I started at.  Still scary!
  • BMI has dropped from 45.6 to 31.7
