I lost 2.4 lbs for a total of 75.8 lbs gone!

I'm 4.4 lbs away from losing 80 lbs which means a mini goal completed to get my next charm for my necklace.

I'm 11.4 lbs away from my mini goal of being at my lowest weight in years – 170 lbs.

Then I'm 24.4 lbs away from having lost 100 lbs. 24.4 lbs sounds like a lot more to lose – it is – but what I've found is that it will fly by quickly – maybe 2 – 2.5 months and I'll have lost that weight and a total of 100 lbs.

My fat mass weighed 136 lbs when I first started and now it weights 72.6 lbs!  Incredible!

Here's another “check this out” – inches lost:

Arm – 4.5 in EACH arm!

Chest – 8.5 inches

Waist – 9.25 inches

Stomach – 10.75 inches

Hips – 12 inches

Thigh – 8.25 inches in EACH thigh!!!  Wha??  Crazy!

Calves – 3.75 inches in EACH calf

Here's some perspective – I took a 16 oz Starbucks cup – cuz that was the first thing I saw that was rounded and looks like a thigh (well not really like a thigh) – and it measured almost 8 inches around the top part of the cup!  I've lost a 16 oz width of a Starbucks cup off of each thigh!!!!!

Goals:

Main goal to get to 124 lbs.  My cycle chick has MADE it past the half way mark!!!!!!!!  Woo Hoo!

Week 30 Weight Loss Weigh-In Results on Ideal Protein Diet

  • Weight Loss for the week:  -2.4 lbs
  • Inches Lost for the week:  -2.50 inches
  • Total Weight Loss in 30 weeks:  -75.6 lbs
  • Total Inches Lost in 30 weeks:  -75.5 inches

More interesting weight loss weigh-in stats:

  • Dropped from 52.9% body fat to 40%
  • Fat mass dropped from 136 lbs of fat to 72.6 lbs of fat!  INCREDIBLE!!!!
  • My metabolic age is still 56 (I'm only 41 as of today) which is what I started at.  Still scary!
  • BMI has dropped from 45.6 to 32.1.
