This is so worth all the lbs I've lost to look at this healthy food in a new light and love it! I mean, I even like the Greek yogurt plain with no sweetener. The berries have a natural sweetness that just goes so well with the Greek yogurt.
My taste buds have definitely changed since I haven't been eating sugar in so long!
Phase 3 Ideal Protein Big Breakfast – Day 2
This was a serious big breakfast. It seems like a lot of food, but it's in small quantities so it's filling but you don't feel like you've stuffed yourself so much that you have to unbutton the top of your jeans.
Again today the meal carried me through without me feeling hungry at all for lunch and I had to force myself to eat just so I could get in all the food for the day.
