Daily Food Journal:  I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.  

Today I logged over 10,000 steps on my new Fitbit One activity tracker so I ate an extra pack of food to make up for any calories lost during the walk.

How do you like my new shake glass?  It's fun to drink from.  I swear!  It makes my protein shake taste better.  🙂
