Daily Food Journal: I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.
With the warmer weather outside of been craving cooler foods so I've started out each morning with a chocolate shake and coffee blended with ice. So yummy!
I also started TOM again this week…another one! I'm loving this journey, but not loving TOM coming too quickly. My cycle is so messed up right now.
- Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Drink (unrestricted) made into a Mocha Frappucino with 2 shots of espresso, and 1 scoop of my new favorite Amazing Grass Green Superfood Cacoa Infusion.
- Hot tea
- Ideal Protein Peanut Butter Soy Snacks (restricted)
- Steamed broccoli
- Ideal Protein Raspberry Jello (unrestricted)
- Homemade chicken soup with my leftover cornish hen, zucchini, chicken broth, celery, Miracle Noodles.
