Daily Food Journal:  I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.  

With the warmer weather outside of been craving cooler foods so I've started out each morning with a chocolate shake and coffee blended with ice.  So yummy!

I also started TOM again this week…another one!  I'm loving this journey, but not loving TOM coming too quickly.   My cycle is so messed up right now.

Breakfast

Chocolate Protein Frapp

Lunch

  • Ideal Protein Peanut Butter Soy Snacks (restricted)
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Pickles

Peanut Butter Puffs

 

Snack

  • Ideal Protein Raspberry Jello (unrestricted)

Dinner

  • Homemade chicken soup with my leftover cornish hen, zucchini, chicken broth, celery, Miracle Noodles.
