Daily Food Journal: I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.
Eaten' my Italian Shepherd's Pie again tonight. I just love it when I can prep over the weekend which makes my week so much easier.
I'd rather spend a couple of hours in the kitchen on the weekend prepping and preparing food ahead of time so that I only have to spend maybe 20 minutes in the kitchen (if that) after work each night.
- Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Drink (unrestricted) made into a Mocha Frappucino with 2 shots of espresso, and 1 scoop of my new favorite Amazing Grass Green Superfood Cacoa Infusion.
- Hot tea
- Ideal Protein Cookies & Cream Bar (restricted)
- Cucumbers with apple cider vinegar, sea salt and black pepper.
A crazy combination of food – but it was so yummy!
- Health Smart Lemon Razzy Drink (unrestricted)
- Italian Shepherd's Pie again! Super yummy!
