Daily Food Journal: I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.
I got in nice walk today with Lily, but no hard core exercise so just stayed true to the 3 packets of food and my own protein and vegetable meal.
- Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar (unrestricted) – One of my favorites as you know.
- Black Coffee with 2 drops of Sweet Leaf Stevia
- Proti-Thin Broccoli Cheese Soup (unrestricted) with 2 cups of chopped broccoli, sea salt and pepper
- Proti-Thin BBQ Soy Snack (unrestricted)
- Polska Kielbasa Sausage and sauerkraut (leftover)
- Broccolini spears with a dash of lemon juice
