Daily Food Journal:  I'm following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.  

I got in nice walk today with Lily, but no hard core exercise so just stayed true to the 3 packets of food and my own protein and vegetable meal.

Breakfast

  • Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar (unrestricted) – One of my favorites as you know.
  • Black Coffee with 2 drops of Sweet Leaf Stevia
  • Supplements

Dinner

  • Polska Kielbasa Sausage and sauerkraut (leftover)
  • Broccolini spears with a dash of lemon juice
  • Supplements
