Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

Pizza crust without all the carbs.

Serves: 2-3
  • 1 cup of riced cauliflower, cooked
  • ½ cup of veggie shreds or soy shreds or mozzarella (Ideal Protein dieters use shreds)
  • 2 egg whites beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Any toppings of your choosing for the pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. Cook the riced cauliflower in the microwave for about 10 minutes until tender but not mushy. You may need to add a small amount of water to "steam".
  4. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until completely mixed.
  5. Using a cookie sheet lined with either parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, spoon your cauliflower mixture into the desired shape of your pizza.
  6. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges. You want to make sure it's cooked through so when you pick up the slice of pizza it doesn't fall apart.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes while adding your toppings and then place back into the oven to finish cooking your toppings.
