How to Track Your Weight Loss and Fat Loss with a Tanita Scale

I love – love – love my Tanita scale and I'm a numbers geek so it really appeals to my sense of tracking my stats.

When I first started on the Ideal Protein Diet at my chiropractors office – they had a Tanita scale that was the professional version.

Each week I would get my little print out from their scale and go home and log every stat on there so I could see the changes in my body.

I really wanted to understand how my body reacted to various factors like TOM, exercise, eating certain foods, and water consumption. (more…)
