Today I started Phase 3 of the Ideal Protein diet to phase off of the diet and begin maintenance mode.
So since I had what they call a “Big Breakfast” I decided to also go big and workout to Turbo Fire and my girl Chalene Johnson! Just love her workouts – they get me all jazzed up and feeling great! (more…)
It was such a beautiful day outside, though the wind was kicking up a bit. I decided to head out for a bicycle ride – leaving Lily at home this time so I could get some mileage in rather than pulling her trailer.
I was able to ride for 23 miles and burned a whopping 1,332 calories! (more…)
Lily and I did a 4k walk on 4th of July for the Seattle Humane Society! I can't tell you how amazing it feels to start participating in activities like this now that I've lost weight and can move much better.

It was another beautiful sunny day in the Seattle area so what did I do? Posthaste to the trails for some cycling.
Cycling is the ONLY exercise I can say that I truly love! Except when it's raining than I don't like it so much, but on a sunny day – it's the perfect mix to get outdoors, enjoy the scenery, and get in some exercise. (more…)
What a glorious day out this Saturday!!! The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and my skin was begging me to go outside and soak up some Vitamin D!
