Taco Seasoning Recipe – Sugar Free and Made with Sea Salt

Taco Seasoning

Have you looked at the ingredients in your spices lately?

It’s in everything these days.  Try finding ketchup without sugar.  I haven’t found one yet, even the organic brands.

So I decided to make my own taco seasoning that’s sugar free and made with Celtic Sea Salt instead of ionized salt.  It’s super easy and you probably already have most of the spices in your kitchen cabinet.

See if you can get the Westbrae nautral Ketchup, it does have 1 carb but my coach said it was fine if I didn’t use it a lot as that is what she uses. It’s thick too unlike the Walden Foods one that is really runny. Sometimes I mix them.

Kara – Thank you for letting me know about Westbrae. Does it taste like the real thing? I’ve heard mixed reviews about Walden Farms ketchup and I tend to not like it sweet, which some of even the conventional brands put too much sweetener in it.
