Grilled Cod and Roasted Cabbage Recipe
Roasted Cabbage
- Small head of cabbage
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Quarter the cabbage into wedges and place in a glass dish. Drizzle olive oil over cabbage wedges, sprinkle garlic on wedges, and sprinkle sea salt and pepper to taste. Place in oven and cook 40-45 minutes until tops start to turn a crisp brown. Remove from oven and serve with Cod.

Marinate cod with garlic, lemon, rosemary, oregano, sea salt, and pepper. I didn’t really measure, but just made to taste by sprinkling and zesting with lemon. When roasted cabbage is almost complete, place marinated cod on grill or grill plate and cook, approximately 4 minutes each side, until cooked through.
This is a low carb recipe and Phase 1 compatible on Ideal Protein
