Daily Food Journal: I’m following the Ideal Protein Diet protocol using alternative (non-Ideal Protein) foods.
Today I logged over 10,000 steps on my new Fitbit One activity tracker so I ate an extra pack of food to make up for any calories lost during the walk.

- Qdoba Nake Taco Salad with Chicken, fajita vegetables, green salsa verde, pico de gallo
- Health Smart Lemon Razzy Drink (unrestricted)
